At Fabricland Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and textile purchases. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused fabrics or home goods in their original packaging, ensuring that all tags are attached and the items are protected from damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
